Storyline
After escaping their ruined homeland, Amicia and Hugo head far south to new regions and lively cities. They try to build a new life and keep Hugo’s curse under control. But when his powers awaken again, death and destruction follow in a tide of swarming, devouring rats. Forced to run once more, the siblings cling to the hope of a prophesied island that could hold the key to saving Hugo.
