Long ago, darkness ruled the Alwesia region, a cruel continent where humans must fight and struggle to survive. Beladim, Lord of the Mist and Commander of the Army of Darkness, stood in his domain. It is said that Beladim cannot be killed by any means. Everyone who opposes or challenges this immortal becomes a feast for him and his heartless army. Beladim has razed and destroyed everything he has set foot upon. Freyja, whose village of Ridgerode was destroyed, travels with an unknown weapon called the "AeternoBlade" and seeks revenge against Beladim. Her vengeance is aided by Vernia, a mysterious witch who teaches Freyja about the AeternoBlade's potential. Following the advice of Bernard, a man imprisoned in the Everlasting Void, Freyja unlocks the AeternoBlade's true power. She can then travel back in time to before Beladim destroyed her village, giving her a chance to save it and take her revenge once and for all.
