AI War II is a grand strategy and RTS hybrid set against an overwhelming, inhuman enemy that has conquered the galaxy. The enemy made one mistake: underestimating you. Steal as much technology as possible, capture enough territory to fortify your bases, and launch your attacks.

The AI holds a distinct advantage in grand strategy, but in combat and tactics, it follows the same rules as the player while remaining highly devious. The AI's core concept is that it is usually unaware of you. At different times, parts of its empire become aware of your presence, and you must confront those forces in battles ranging from small skirmishes to epic encounters involving thousands.
