Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded

During the first half of the 21st century, the war on terror became a global phenomenon as increasingly blatant and frenzied attacks reached deeper into the lives of ordinary people. Public demand to end the violence became overwhelming, and military forces worldwide gradually reworked their strategies, weapons, and tactics to fight enemies willing to die for their cause. One consequence was civilian harassment on an unprecedented scale, leaving destruction and misery behind. The world was eventually rebuilt, ushering in a new era of prosperity and technological progress. Science turned to developing a viable fusion power source and technologies that could use it. A group of corporations received nearly complete freedom to pursue these goals. While this might have seemed dangerous a hundred years earlier, it was considered appropriate in 2112 and expected to encourage creativity and growth on an unprecedented scale. It did not.

Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded is set in a rebuilt 22nd-century world that places its faith in corporations pursuing fusion power and advanced technology. When unchecked research leads to disaster, humanity faces a new alien threat and a desperate fight for survival.
