Aura Kingdom

Aura Kingdom is set in a vast, anime-styled fantasy world with detailed visuals. The game features an open world alongside instanced content that can be played solo or with a party. Players choose from multiple classes—ten available, with another planned as of May 2014—and can customize their avatar with options such as hairstyles, faces, and more. Early on, players also choose one of four Eidolons to accompany them, with additional Eidolons available to earn over time. Throughout the game, players interact with non-player characters, take on quests, and battle monsters outside the hub areas. Combat centers on using class-based skills against enemies with their own abilities, and it goes beyond “click-and-watch”: while you select a target to engage, you can also move to dodge and position yourself while using skills in different ways. Your Eidolon fights alongside you and can perform combination attacks. Outside combat, players can also pursue activities like fishing, crafting, and more. Aura Kingdom is free-to-play, with optional purchases of Aeria Points (AP) that can be spent on special items in the Item Mall. The game also uses gold and silver currencies earned through various methods, and supports trading via player stalls in Navea, the Auction House, and a mail system that includes cash-on-delivery.

Aura Kingdom follows an Envoy of Gaia living in Port Skandia, who is later joined by an Eidolon. After witnessing another Envoy of Gaia undergo a demonic transformation, the Envoy fears becoming a monster. He leaves Port Skandia in an attempt to rid himself of the Eidolon at his side, but fails. Haunted by a dream of a raging war between the Church of Navea and a demon army, the Envoy soon finds the vision becoming reality. He fights alongside the Church to defeat Reinhardt and his demon forces.
