About

One year after the XGC (X-Genome Code) Incident, beasts without the XCG caused riots across Earth while small earthquakes shook the country. The cause was unknown, but when the Crest Incident ended and the riots and earthquakes subsided, people claimed the Stone Seal was responsible. Although the Stone Seal was locked away, the riots and earthquakes have returned on a far larger scale. What is behind the new crisis? Bloody Roar 4 is the final game in the Bloody Roar series and a full-3D fighting game built around the series' trademark transformation abilities. Unlike earlier entries, the beast gauge functions as a separate health bar: when a character's health gauge is depleted, they automatically transform. The game includes 18 playable fighters and standard arcade, versus, time-attack, training, and survival modes. Its career mode awards DNA points for battles, which can be spent on abilities and equipment to customize characters for use in other modes.

Storyline

Set one year after the X-Genome Code Incident, Bloody Roar 4 sees riots and earthquakes return worldwide on an even greater scale. With suspicion once again falling on the sealed Stone Seal, the series' beast fighters confront the forces behind the escalating crisis and the threat it poses to humanity.
