Boiling Over

Live your best life while combating the horrors of customer service and transphobia.

Boiling Over follows Hazel, a part-time college student saving for a study abroad program by working as a barista. Her job is to craft delicious beverages for the customers who enter the store, but some customers are anything but lovely. Some are jerks, and some are both jerks and transphobic. As Hazel, players must navigate an already strenuous coffee-making job. Will she use her best customer-service voice and endure abuse from caffeine-addicted customers while pretending a customer did not aggressively misgender her? Or will she stand up for herself, risking her job and paycheck? Players must balance Hazel's stamina, tip earnings, and job performance.
