The year is 1920, marking the beginning of Prohibition in the United States. After congressional action, a huge part of the national economy becomes illegal overnight. Bars and saloons are ordered to close, distilleries and breweries fall silent, and distributors shut down. But a new era is beginning: a gilded age of smugglers, black markets, illegal manufacturing, and organized crime. This is where you come in. You are a newcomer to the city at the dawn of Prohibition, determined to make it big. Behind the city's many facades, people are building makeshift distilleries, secret loading docks, and nighttime speakeasies. Work your way into this network, and the city could be yours. But do not focus only on making a quick buck. You need to think ahead. You need to think bigger. Much bigger.
