Storyline
Ten years after the events of Crackdown 2 (2010), a terrorist attack from an unknown source cuts power across the entire world. The Agency is forced back into action when the attack is traced to the city of New Providence. Called in as a last resort, the player characters are deployed by the Agency’s Voice to dismantle the mysterious organization Terra Nova.
