About
In Endonesia, players control a boy who enters a park and suddenly finds himself in another world. A mysterious voice tells him that this world is called Endonesia, and that he must summon its fifty gods to return home. To find the gods, the hero must communicate with the inhabitants of Endnesia by transferring his own emotions to others.
Created by Taro Kudo and Kazuyuki Kurashima of Love-de-lic, Endnesia is a spiritual successor to Moon: Remix RPG Adventure, alongside Giftpia and Chulip. Like those games, Endnesia is a puzzle-solving adventure with RPG elements, including statistics, item gathering, and character growth.
The game's central theme is sharing emotions. In gameplay, this means solving puzzles by using the right emotion on the right character at the right time. For example, using the Hunger emotion on an animal makes it hungry and prompts it to search for food, clearing a path for the hero.
Like Moon and its descendants, Endnesia features a day-night cycle. The hero's health meter depletes from exhaustion, so players have a daily time limit despite the game's large world. Players must also feed the hero, as hunger blurs his vision and slows his movement.
