Her Story is a video game from Sam Barlow, creator of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Aisle. This crime fiction game tells a non-linear story through a police database filled with live-action video footage. It stars Viva Seifert, an actress and one half of the band Joe Gideon and the Shark.
Storyline
Her Story places you at a mothballed desktop computer logged into a police database of video footage. The archive contains seven interview sessions from 1994, in which a British woman is questioned about her missing husband. To uncover the truth, you search the database by typing keywords, watch the clips where she says those words, and piece together her story from the fragments you find.
