There once was a deity: a loving, pure divine spirit. For eons, it cared for the land and its creatures of pure spirit. Eventually, however, the spirit had to die. Before its passing, the deity created a small tribe of creatures to protect the land, and they fulfilled that duty. Peace endured for so long that their original purpose was nearly forgotten. Then the peaceful era suddenly ended. Less intelligent creatures became aggressive, and new, strange creatures began to appear. But why?
