Immortals: Muv-Luv Alternative is a Japan-exclusive mobile game in the Muv-Luv series, released for iOS and Android. The game inherits the world and story background of the original Muv-Luv, which begins as a romantic-comedy visual novel before becoming a serious sci-fi adventure. Control popular characters from the series and Tactical Surface Fighters (TSFs), large bipedal machines, as they battle the mysterious alien swarm known as Beta, which has invaded and disrupted Earth. This is the story of a battle across countless probability-time and space-time worlds. In one such parallel world, "a.d. 2008, modern," humanity fights the extraterrestrial species known as "Beta" using humanoid weapons called tactical walking fighters, or tactical aircraft. An alien-origin species emerges in Yokohama, Sado Island, and Ogura, breaking the silence as tragedy comes to an end once again. With investment from influential people around the world, PMC (Private Military Company) Immortals is established. Serve as its tactical manager and work to reclaim Yokohama, where the hive has appeared.
