In His Time

Olly is a young boy who lost his father at an early age and lives with his mother, Lyla. After Lyla recently falls ill, Olly must continue attending school while also taking care of the housework. At school, Olly is bullied by Bobby, the biggest kid, along with Bobby's cronies, Mila and Hugo. His teachers scold him every day as well, making it feel as though the world is forcing Olly into a corner. One day, Bobby and his friends threaten Olly and force him to sneak into a spooky mansion with them. They steal the "parts" of a certain device and try to escape, but the mansion's owner, an old man named Joseph, catches them. Joseph claims to be a watchmaker. He asks Olly what happened and promises not to harm him if Olly retrieves the "parts" from Bobby and his friends.
