Turn racing upside down as Nintendo’s Mario Kart franchise arrives on Wii U in full HD with new track designs and anti-gravity karts that let players drive upside down. For the first time, all seven of Bowser’s Koopalings are playable characters—race as Iggy, Larry, Lemmy, Ludwig, Morton, Roy, and Wendy. The game also brings back series favorites, including 12-player online competitive play, hang-gliders, underwater racing, and motorbikes.

Mario Kart 8 brings the Mario Kart franchise to Wii U with races that jump between familiar circuits and anti-gravity sections where karts ride along walls and ceilings. Playing as Mario, Peach, Bowser, the Koopalings, and more, you compete across cups using items, gliding, and underwater routes to stay ahead.
