Mega Man

Mega Man battles the powerful leaders and fighting forces of Monsteropolis, a strange multilayered land of robot-like humanoids created through Dr. Wily's wrongly performed experiments on human beings. As the chosen defender of the human race, Mega Man must enter Monsteropolis' seven separate societies and stop the rapid expansion of these distorted human forms. Mega Man faces a monumental mission: infiltrate seven heavily guarded empires alone and defeat their leaders, Cutman, Gutsman, Iceman, Bombman, Fireman, Elecman, and Dr. Wily. Armed only with laser beam weapons, Mega Man fights strangely configured humanoids throughout fortified, prison-like structures, concrete gun turrets, and subterranean passages beneath icefields.

In Mega Man, the robotic hero enters Monsteropolis to stop Dr. Wily's distorted humanoid creations from spreading across its seven societies. Battling through fortified territories, Mega Man faces Cut Man, Guts Man, Ice Man, Bomb Man, Fire Man, Elec Man, and ultimately Dr. Wily to defend humanity.
