About
Enslaved on an unknown planet, a stolen Nauticrawl is your only hope of escaping the wretched life you were born into. Now at the helm, you face a new set of problems: the craft is filled with levers, buttons, and gauges that make no sense, and even if they did, where would you go? This stolen Nauticrawl is both your chance of escape and the likely instrument of your demise. Sentinels are approaching. It is time to move.
Storyline
In Nauticrawl, you have stolen a Nauticrawl, and its walls are closing in around you just like the approaching sentinels. It is time to move, but you do not know how to operate this heap of metal.
Enslaved on an unknown planet, the stolen Nauticrawl is your only chance to escape the wretched life you were born into. At the helm, however, you face a new set of problems. The craft is filled with levers, buttons, and gauges that make no sense, and even if they did, you would not know where to go.
Uncover this world's secrets, learn to pilot the mysterious Nauticrawl, and chart a course to freedom, or die trying. Master unfamiliar contraptions, explore randomly generated maps, intercept communications, speak with natives, and hack devices as you search for a way out.
Nauticrawl deconstructs 1990s dungeon crawlers and roguelikes to create a game unlike any you have played before. Like the games that inspired it, Nauticrawl leaves you to your own devices, literally.
