About

Pacific Drive is a first-person driving survival game in which your car is your only companion. Explore a surreal reimagining of the Pacific Northwest and face supernatural dangers in the Olympic Exclusion Zone. Every trip into the wilderness presents strange, unique challenges as you restore and upgrade your car in an abandoned garage that serves as your home base. Gather valuable resources, investigate what was left behind in the Zone, and unravel a long-forgotten mystery while learning how to survive in this unpredictable and hostile environment.

Storyline

In 1955, the United States government seized a region of the Pacific Northwest through eminent domain. The Olympic Peninsula became a testing ground for promising new technologies, but these utopian creations came at a terrible cost: severe radiation, environmental collapse, and supernatural horrors. The government sealed off the area and established the Olympic Exclusion Zone. What happened inside was never revealed. Rumors and stories about the Zone spread everywhere, compelling you to explore its perimeter. Your plans go awry, leaving you trapped inside. You do not know it yet, but the only way out is through. Deep in the woods, you discover a barely functioning station wagon that is miraculously unlocked and capable of making the trip down into the valley. There, you find an abandoned auto shop that becomes your base of operations, where you can safely repair and upgrade your car between expeditions. Survive, solve the Zone's mysteries, and search for a way out—or become part of its ongoing legends.
