Partum Artifex is a story-focused puzzle game built around atmosphere and psychological horror. Players solve puzzles directly connected to the twisted creations and mind of a serial killer. To progress, you must put yourself in the killer's shoes and think like him to unravel his puzzles. Willingly or not, he wants your help to complete his magnum opus. Through exploration, reading, note-taking, item discovery, and close attention to the environment, you can piece together what happened inside the eerie house and what the serial killer is trying to accomplish. The deeper you enter the killer's mind, the more you uncover things that may be better left hidden. Sometimes, the truth is best left shrouded in ignorance.
