Perfect World

Perfect World is a 3D MMORPG inspired by traditional Chinese culture and mythology. Set in the mythical realm of Pangu, it offers players an immersive adventure experience.

At the beginning of time, the universe’s first god, Pan Gu, lived an immortal life. With no subjects to rule, he grew weary of solitude and chose to decompose his body into five elements: fire, metal, wood, earth, and water. Using divine power, Pan Gu forged these elements into air, land, mountains, rivers, seas, and plant life, laying the foundation for a new world. Pan Gu then tried to fill this world with life. From his shadow, he formed the first sentient beings. These unnamed creatures were uncivilized, and before long they turned on one another, corrupting the world around them. Realizing he had created an Imperfect World, Pan Gu acted quickly. He built a floating city called Heaven’s Tear and sheltered within it the few creatures not yet corrupted. Then, with the power of water and wind, he unleashed a massive flood that swept across the land and destroyed all life in its path. With the world cleansed, Pan Gu began again—this time creating a world of beings capable of Spiritual Cultivation. He made three races, each reflecting traits he valued most in himself. Humans, born of Pan Gu’s spirit, showed morality, honor, and limitless imagination. The Untamed, born of his body, embodied freedom and peace and held a unique bond with the world’s natural order. The Winged Elves, born of his blood, represented beauty, grace, and purity. Together, these three races formed the Perfect World. The greatest gift Pan Gu gave them was free will. He vowed never again to wipe out an entire species, so conflicts between races would be resolved by the races themselves. One such conflict ignited between Humans and Winged Elves when both discovered Heaven’s Tear. They went to war for control of the great city, drawing out the worst in each side. The Untamed stayed neutral, content to live in harmony with nature. As the war escalated and neither side yielded, a new threat appeared. The race believed to have been eradicated by the great flood returned in full force. Neither fully living nor fully dead, these beings became known as wraiths. They seemed driven by a single goal: destroy the other races and corrupt the beautiful world around them. Rumors spread that wraiths could possess other living things. Little is known of this evil’s true nature, but one truth is clear: Humans, Untamed, and Winged Elves must set aside their differences, unite, stop the spread of corruption, and protect the Perfect World.
