Project Aura

Project Aura is a simulation/strategy game where you take control of a colony of climate-disaster survivors. In the near future, humanity faces the drastic consequences of climate change. Forced to seek refuge in vital reserves through cryo-preservation, people wait for a second chance. By the end of the 21st century, humans—finally aware of the great climate disaster—focused not on preventing the inevitable crisis, but on ensuring the survival of the species. To do so, they began building a network of sea-based cities designed to withstand the hostile atmosphere. As events spiraled and extreme food shortages hit, ultra-secret shelters were constructed to sustain hibernation until survivors could be awakened in a more favorable time.

Project Aura is set in a near-future aftermath of severe climate disaster, where humanity relies on cryo-preservation to endure. You lead a colony of awakened survivors and work to rebuild under harsh conditions defined by shortages and a hostile atmosphere. The narrative backdrop centers on a last-resort plan of hidden shelters and resilient cities designed to give the species a second chance.
