You play as Alexander Green, a 26-year-old older brother. After an accident, Alex spent a long time in the hospital and was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. Following his physical recovery, he was admitted directly to a local clinic for people with mental disorders. Alex cannot remember the accident, and the stress disorder caused further problems: he could not control himself or think clearly, and he imagined things. It took a full year for him to recover enough to get back on his feet, yet he still cannot return to his daily routine. During that year, he did not see his family: not his mother, father, or younger sister, Sam. His parents sent a letter, but can Alex remember what it said? Someone in the family passed away. Alex can finally leave the hospital, and Sam's birthday is the day after tomorrow.
