Resident Evil 5

Resident Evil 5 is the seventh game in the Resident Evil series. It uses gameplay similar to Resident Evil 4, including the over-the-shoulder camera, but places greater emphasis on the environment. You rely on your partner more than in earlier entries; when a partner’s health drops to 0, they enter a dying state where the health bar flashes red and continues to decrease. Resident Evil 5 also introduces new enemies called Majini, who are mostly of African descent.

The Umbrella Corporation and its lethal viruses have been destroyed and contained, but a new and even more dangerous threat has emerged. Years after surviving the events in Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has continued fighting bio-organic weapons across the world. Now serving with the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is sent to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the local populace into aggressive, disturbing creatures. Partnered with BSAA agent Sheva Alomar, Chris must work with her to uncover the truth behind this outbreak and the events driving the escalating horror.
