A horror visual novel about Fuminori Sakisaka, a medical student whose accident leaves his perception of reality grotesquely distorted—everything and everyone becomes a twisted mass of intestines, flesh, and blood. Everything, except Saya.

Storyline

Rot. Decay. A wasteland of twisted, pulsing flesh. Sakisaka Fuminori survives a horrific accident, only to awaken trapped in a nightmare with no escape. His friends try to comfort and support him, but their warmth can’t reach his frozen soul. Then he meets a mysterious girl named Saya, and little by little, his growing madness begins to poison the world around him.
