About
This strategy game combines cartoony graphics with innocent humor and focuses on resource management, territory expansion, and conquest. At the start of each level, choose a starting point with flat land, mineable resources, and ideally nearby trees, stone, and water for fishing. Compete for supremacy against up to three opponents.
Construct buildings with wood and, in some cases, stone, then supply them with the resources they need to operate. Produce food through fishing, bread production using a windmill, grain farmer, and baker, or pork production using a pig farmer, butcher, and grain farm. Feed workers in mines to produce iron, coal, gold, and additional stone.
Build huts and watchtowers to expand your territory, sometimes by taking enemy land. Strategic play can target areas containing an opponent's crucial buildings, disrupting their production. To win, defeat your opponents through one-on-one soldier combat; victory causes all surrounding buildings to be lost.
The game includes 30 preset missions, including six tutorial missions for beginners. It also supports semi-random maps generated from a 16-number key. Maps range from small arenas for quick matches to large and, depending on available RAM, huge maps for lengthy sessions, with in-game statistics viewable on a 50-hour scale. These maps can be played solo or by two players on one system using two mice and a vertically split screen.
