Simon the Sorcerer II: The Lion, the Wizard and the Wardrobe

The evil wizard Sordid is resurrected when one of his spellbooks is set on fire and tossed into a chalkboard pentagram by the father of Runt, a boy who dreams of becoming a powerful sorcerer. Sordid offers Runt an apprenticeship—if he helps him take revenge on Simon. Months later, Sordid’s Fortress of Doom has been rebuilt, and he now inhabits a new robotic body. He sends a magical wardrobe to retrieve Simon, but it mistakenly appears on the doorstep of Calypso—the wizard Simon rescued in the previous game. Simon then sets out to find a fuel called mucusade, which he needs to power the wardrobe and finally get back home.

In Simon the Sorcerer II: The Lion, the Wizard and the Wardrobe, the villain Sordid returns when a botched spell resurrects him and he recruits a boy named Runt to help settle a grudge against Simon. A magical wardrobe meant to capture Simon goes off course, pulling him back into danger and leaving him stranded far from home. To power the wardrobe and escape, Simon begins a quest for the fuel mucusade while Sordid rebuilds his power.
