Star Wars: Battlefront II

Star Wars: Battlefront II is the sequel to Star Wars: Battlefront, continuing the series’ large-scale battles with troopers from multiple factions fighting across a variety of locations. It adds elements and missions from Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and expands gameplay with features like space combat and the ability to play as Jedi characters and other heroes. With new space combat, playable Jedi, and over 16 new battlefronts, it offers more ways to experience classic Star Wars battles.

In Campaign Mode, players experience the 501st Legion’s campaigns through the Journal of the 501st. As the story unfolds, you fight first as a clone trooper under the Galactic Republic and later as a stormtrooper under the Galactic Empire. The campaign spans multiple planets and follows a timeline from the opening of the Clone Wars to the rise of the Empire, later connecting the period between Episodes III and IV. Unlike the original Battlefront, Star Wars: Battlefront II’s campaign uses structured mission objectives with a limited pool of reinforcements for the player, while the enemy has unlimited reinforcements and sometimes a time limit, rather than a standard Conquest match. The game also lets you skip space missions.
