Strife

Strife is a team-based match where two teams battle from bases located in opposite corners of the map. Each base includes a central structure, creep spawn points, three generators, and a hero spawning pool. The objective is to destroy the central structure in the enemy base. To win, players choose heroes with unique skills to fight the opposing team, and both teams can select the same heroes. At the start of each match, every player picks one hero to use for the full game. Each hero has four abilities that can be unlocked and upgraded as the hero gains experience and levels.

A shadow hangs over the Plane of Strife. An ancient evil is rumored to have returned: the Dharkwave horde of Sheol. The peaceful races of Strife stand on the brink of invasion, and only the Rune of Darkstone can prevent it—the one key capable of opening the portal to the underworld of Sheol. For generations, this mystical relic—a fragment of the ancient Dark Obelisk—has been protected by the Keepers of the Code, sacred guardians of the Planes of Strife. Now the cryptic rune has vanished, and many fear what that means. Preparing for a Dharkwave assault, the Keepers have built an Arena in Strife, hoping to train the fabled Army of Light. Rumors spread that the prophesied Golden Child has appeared there, riding his mystical Zidek dragon. Now the mightiest heroes from the five planes gather to face this new dread. They arrive from the Planes of Gael, Vorbis, Nestra, Tempra, and Lyrie to fight in the arena, prove their worth, and represent their people in the coming battle. Some will rise. Some will fall. All will be tested to the limits of their strength and courage.
