You’ll buy and place distinctive items for homes and offices, sell and replace worn-out furnishings, and continually build and maintain the world your Sims live in. You also guide your Sims through life development, and the chemistry between Sims is influenced by your direction. Their relationships—and the tone and depth of their interactions—take shape through conversations and social choices. The Sims features ten career tracks for working Sims. Each promotion depends on specific skills, and each career track includes ten position levels as your Sims climb the ladder. Danger and neglect are real risks. Your Sims can face floods, fires, and robberies, while starvation, exhaustion, and even missing basic bathroom needs can derail their lives.
