Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon

The Red Army is back. With Russia’s government collapsed, a hardline leader is determined to seize control of the republics. Enter Ghost Recon—an advanced, futuristic squad of U.S. Army soldiers. Unlike previous Rainbow Six games, the focus shifts more toward military operations than anti-terrorist maneuvers. A next-generation inventory and weapons system offers a look at the real U.S. Army “Land Warrior” program that inspired Ghost Recon.

Eastern Europe, 2008. War erupts along Russia’s borders, and the fate of the world hangs in the balance. The call goes out for the Ghosts—an elite team of specially trained Green Berets equipped with cutting-edge technology and the deadliest weapons. Their mission: lead the way for a NATO peacekeeping force and contain the conflict before it mushrooms… literally.
