Umihara Kawase Fresh!

Umihara Kawase is an action game series in which players control protagonist Umihara Kawase as she makes her way to the end of each level. The series is known for its rubber-ring action, using an elastic rope to progress through stages.

Kawase is a wandering chef in the magical world of Michelana. This time, she arrives in the remote town of Kingness and begins working at a hamburger restaurant called Tadaima Tavern. For now, Umihara Kawase plans to help at Tadaima Tavern because Kingness is the spitting image of a town that repeatedly appears in her dreams. Strange mysteries surround the town, but Kawase keeps them to herself, fearing that people may think she is odd for talking about them. World: The Surface The Surface is the area where Tadaima Tavern is located, home to people from all walks of life. Gates guarded by sentries can be found in the sky.
