How far will you go for family? Set three years after the events of Yakuza 5, Yakuza 6: The Song of Life follows Kazuma Kiryu—the Dragon of Dojima—as he returns hoping to live a quiet life. Instead, he learns that Haruka has been in an accident and is now in a coma, leaving her young son, Haruto, without anyone to care for him. Determined to protect the child, Kiryu takes Haruto to Onomichi, Hiroshima—the last place Haruka was seen. In this unfamiliar port town, the pair are pulled into a new and merciless yakuza underworld. Who is Haruto’s father, and why are both the Tojo Clan and the Yomei Alliance hunting him? With help from unlikely allies, Kiryu must navigate the criminal world he tried to leave behind and fight for answers to keep the family he loves safe. Yakuza 6 delivers an emotional crime drama centered on family bonds, and features an improved battle system that transitions seamlessly between fights and explorable areas.
