故事线
《Borderlands》事件结束五年后，一种名为铱矿（Eridium）的稀有矿物开始在潘多拉（Pandora）的地壳中蔓延。亥伯龙公司（Hyperion Corporation）领袖帅气杰克（Handsome Jack）夺取了这种资源的控制权，并借此以铁腕统治潘多拉。与此同时，关于这颗星球上隐藏着更巨大秘藏（Vault）的传闻在银河间扩散，一支新的秘藏猎人（Vault Hunters）小队被吸引来到潘多拉，踏上寻找它的旅程。
