Only one night remains. Save the world with the power hidden in 12 types of GEM. 12GEMs is an RPG that uses the power hidden in 12 types of GEMs, or jewels. Travel the world while summoning partners sealed within each GEM. The story begins in the aerial castle Ganseld, which floats in the sky through the power of GEM. The people of Ganseld consider themselves nobles and have been taught that the lower world on Earth is inhabited by unclean people and terrifying monsters. As a result, they live in isolation from it. One day, however, the GEM supporting Ganseld suddenly scatters across the lower world. To prevent the castle from falling, the main character, a boy named Dino, is ordered to collect the GEM and travels to the lower world. There, he discovers a mysterious world unlike anything he was taught in Ganzeldo. Only one night remains before Ganzeld crashes. The fate of the world rests with one boy.

In G-Mode Archives 47: 12Gems, Dino leaves the floating castle of Ganseld after the GEM sustaining it scatters across the lower world. With only one night before the castle crashes, he must recover all twelve types of GEM and discover that the world below is far different from the fearful tales he was taught.
