Need for Speed: Most Wanted

Need for Speed: Most Wanted is a single-player racing video game and the ninth installment in the Need for Speed series, following Underground 2. It focuses on street racing and features a variety of events and racing circuits set throughout the fictional city of Rockport.

In Need for Speed: Most Wanted, the player arrives in Rockport City behind the wheel of a racing-spec BMW M3 GTR (E46). After crossing paths with Mia Townsend (played by Josie Maran), the player quickly proves their driving skill—while being relentlessly hunted by veteran officer Sergeant Cross (played by Dean McKenzie), who is determined to bring the player down and end street racing in Rockport. The player’s winning streak seems unstoppable until a crew of racers led by the antagonist Clarence “Razor” Callahan (played by Derek Hamilton) sabotages the BMW, then beats the player in a race and takes the car.
