Storyline
Set aboard a starship in a cyberpunk vision of the year 2114, the game casts the player as a lone soldier battling a genetic infection that has devastated the ship. Like System Shock, it combines first-person shooting with exploration. It also includes role-playing mechanics that let the player develop distinct skills and traits, including hacking and psionic abilities.
