Max Payne 3

Max Payne 3 is a third-person shooter where you play as Max Payne. New to the series, it introduces a cover system that lets you gain a tactical advantage and reduce incoming damage. To advance the linear story, you fight enemies across successive levels. The game also features interactive cutscenes that transition seamlessly into gameplay, with no loading screens between cutscenes and play.

In the single-player mode, players control Max Payne, a former detective turned vigilante after the murder of his wife and daughter. Nine years after the events of the second game, Max takes work as a private security contractor in Brazil, but is quickly drawn into a deadly quest marked by death and betrayal.
