Welcome to Vice City. Welcome to the 1980s. Fresh out of a long stint in maximum security and back on the streets of Liberty City, Tommy Vercetti is sent south to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny Forelli. With Tommy’s return making people nervous in Liberty City, the trip seems like a smart move. But the glamorous, hedonistic metropolis doesn’t welcome him for long. Tommy is set up on arrival and left with no money and no merchandise. Sonny demands his money back, while biker gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians block every path forward. With most of Vice City seemingly wanting him dead, Tommy’s only option is to fight back—and take the city for himself.
